Japheth is a member of the Board Audit and Risk Committee and the Board Nominations and Governance Committee. Japheth was elected to the Board in December 2015. He brings to the Board a wealth of experiences, network of contacts and skills honed as a practitioner, manager and in directorships he served whilst he was in employment in Investment Banking sector in Kenya for a period spanning 28 years. As a leading Founder Member and shareholder, he has maintained a keen interest in the affairs and fortunes of the Company.

Japheth holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Government from the University of Nairobi. Currently he is in private practice as a promoter of Joint Venture Developments in the Real Estate Sector.
